What is PaceCare?
PaceCare is MedCare's dedicated PACE transportation program purpose-built for the complexity, compliance, and compassion that PACE centers require. We are not a ride-share company or a general medical transport provider. We are a dedicated PACE partner.
MedCare is built on three distinct pillars: logistics-driven operational discipline from Amazon-trained founders, last-mile scaling experience across North America, and deep PACE healthcare transportation knowledge led by COO Pilar Dobbs, former owner of Secure Transportation with nearly 20 years of PACE-specific experience across 23 centers and 10+ states.

In Q1 2026, MedCare Transport announced a strategic partnership with Brandman Centers for Senior Care to deliver integrated transportation services for participants in Brandman's PACE program, supporting locations across West Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley.
MedCare's purpose-built PaceCare solution provides Brandman with a fully managed program: dedicated vehicles and drivers, professional dispatch and routing, compliance oversight, and mobility-trained staff assisting participants safely from door to destination.
