Yes, all MedCare Transport vehicles are fully wheelchair accessible. They are ADA-compliant, equipped with lifts, ramps, and securement systems, and staffed by trained professionals to ensure safe and dignified transport.

Yes, advance booking is recommended to guarantee availability, especially for scheduled medical appointments and specialized services. However, urgent and last-minute requests are often accommodated whenever possible.

We do not accept insurance at this time. All rides are private pay. We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare. Our team will provide clear and upfront pricing so you always know what to expect.

Yes, MedCare is available 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Our regular hours stay the same — Mon–Fri: 5:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Sat & Sun: 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM — so you can count on us whenever you need a ride.

Yes, we can provide non-emergency transportation to the Emergency Room. Please note that while we can get you there safely, we do not receive any special access once at the hospital. In some cases, additional fees may apply for ER trips. If you are experiencing a true emergency, please call 911 immediately.

We recommend scheduling at least 24 hours in advance to make sure we have a vehicle available for you. Same-day rides may be possible depending on availability — just give us a call and we will do everything we can to help.

Yes, you can. We do not charge cancellation fees. If you need to cancel, we are happy to apply a credit toward a future trip or issue you a refund, whichever you prefer.
